Chris was one of the founding partners of Ashwell Rogers and is now working as a Consultant with over 50 years of experience.

He principally deals with lease advisory work including rent reviews, lease renewals and lease restructuring but also takes a wider strategic role on behalf of most of his clients. This leads to direct involvement with both acquisitions and lettings whilst working closely with his agency colleagues.

Chris also spent 12 years on the RICS panel of Arbitrators dealing with some 170 cases and issuing 35 Awards. With his newfound free time, Chris has been polishing his golf swing and following his beloved Arsenal football team.
