Acquisition – Block D, Camberwell Hub

Ashwell Rogers have recently acquired Block D at the Camberwell Hub on behalf of the Kings College Hospital NHS Trust. Camberwell Hub is a new mixed use development by Purelake and Hyde.

The offices are over 3,000 sq ft in size and have been acquired on a 15 year lease.
