David is a Consultant with over 35 years of experience in the retail and leisure market.

David has previously provided advice for a wide range of retailers, landlords and developers. More recently he has focused on residential development. His previous work includes:

■ Acquisition & development advice to multiple retailers including Pets at Home, Iceland, Starbucks and Burger King

■ Acquired stores for major retail clients in Exeter, Scunthorpe, Bristol, Colliers Wood, Milton Keynes, Sydenham, High Wycombe, Uxbridge, Staines, Kingston, Bromley, Hemel Hempstead

■ Letting high street units and drive thrus to restaurant operators

■ Advising HNW Investor clients

■ Prime sea facing restaurants

■ Acquired 29 units for Pets at Home

■ Advised on a substantial part of the former Little Chef portfolio including 35 sales or lettings to McDonalds, Starbucks and other roadside operators

Away from work,  David lives with his elderly father now that his daughters have left home but finds time to swim and play golf plus he volunteers on a residents management company.
