Both Jeremy Good and Ian Campbell are on the RICS President’s panel of Arbitrators and Independent Experts and regularly act in both capacities on rental disputes on retail properties, both out of town and on the high street, as well as in the leisure and restaurant sector. Rental disputes include both rent reviews under the terms of existing leases and also lease renewals through the PACT (Professional Arbitration on Court Terms) scheme.

They also receive private appointments from the parties to act on both review and renewal disputes in both capacities.

Along with fellow partner, Roger Dunlop, dealing in the office market, they also act as Expert Witnesses in rental disputes in respect of both Arbitration and referrals to Independent Expert. In addition, they act as Expert Witnesses at Court on lease renewal disputes as well as in other cases involving rental valuation issues.
