10 Batemen Street – Rent Review

Ashwell Rogers agreed a rent review for Hackenbacker (part of the Molinaire group) on their offices at 10 Batemen Street, Soho. Hackenbacker are one of the most respected audio post-production studios to the Film and TV industry in the UK. The landlord had originally quoted an increase in excess of 65% but we eventually managed to secure a much more realistic settlement resulting in a significant saving to the client.
