Lease Renewal – 10 Curzon Street

On behalf of the Landlord, Ashwell Rogers have agreed a lease renewal for a retail unit at 10 Curzon Street. The tenant, Heywood Hill, has been selling old, new and antiquarian books on Curzon Street since 1936 and they took a new 10 year lease on a rising rent.
