A Private Investor, advised by Ashwell Rogers, has recently purchased the property let to Nationwide Building Society and The Perfume Shop in Cambridge. The property is located at 25 & 26-27 Petty Cury, Cambridge. The entire property is let to Nationwide Building Society for a term expiring in October 2028 at a rent of £440,000 per annum. The Nationwide is the UK’s largest mutual financial institution and the largest building society in the world.
